- 1 banana
- 2 frozen strawberries
- 1 handful kale
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp flax
- 1 tbsp each rice + hemp protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup Nature's Path hemp granola
- Shredded coconut
- Coconut oil shell!! Try it out, it's awesome. I promise it's not weird biting into crunchy bits of oil.
