A Good Sandwich Is Hard To Find

But when it happens, it's magic, baby.

This is not your ordinary hummus sandwich. I mean, it has the components of a typical hummus sandwich, but it's definitely tastier.

Trader Joe's cilantro jalapeno hummus, red onion, baby arugula, fresh farmer's market tomato, a grind of rainbow peppercorns and some oregano. All on quinoa bread, which is the best packaged bread I've ever had.

It's been an emotional last few days, so I've been finding comfort in my family, friends, yoga/meditation and delicious food. No, not "emotional eating", but eating foods that nourish my mind, body and soul, which is probably why I've been eating chili for days. This sandwich definitely hit the spot, though.
